All instruments include a 3 year repair warranty on the condition your new instrument is serviced annually.

  1. Covers repairs, to be done exclusively by Accent Music, in the event the instrument fails to function correctly, but not when caused by any type of damage. We will not pay any bills from other repairers.
  2. Does not apply to the finish, since it is impossible to be responsible for what's on the hands that use the instruments.
  3. Applies on condition you have the instrument serviced yearly, just as you would expect to with a new car. Accent Music offers a flat rate for StudentInstruments.co.nz instruments under warranty at $55.00 + GST. A voucher will be listed on TradeMe on request.
